The start of Summer

So this week officially marked the start of the summer holidays or the (6 weeks holidays) as I always used to call it!!

Its been a tough few months for everyone but I especially feel for all the kids who have missed proms, leavers assembly, SATs, exams etc etc. My eldest daughter missed her A levels ( which I think she was secretly glad about) 😂 and all of the things that are apparently 'the done thing' when you leave school.....girls holiday, festivals, the list goes on!!

This will definitely be a year that nobody forgets!! I guess we have to get used to this “new normal” now and be grateful for the things we probably took for granted pre COVID. Let’s hope for a great summer ☀️with lots of sunshine, alfresco dining, and spending time with our families. 💗☀️🌳🌻🌺🥰

Apparently a mini heatwave is on its way (fingers crossed) 🤞🏻 so I’m hoping to get in the garden and catch a few rays and get some more planters filled up 🥀🌸🌾🌵(and of course enjoy a few glasses of something 🍷) Whatever you’re up to enjoy and keep safe 🤗
